Refund Application Form

1. Your amount of refund will be determined by the current status of your application.
2. It can take up to 10-15 das for refunds to be completed. There is a service fee added to your file for any merchant chargebacks that we receive from your bank.
3. For applications that have been mailed to our offices, it can take 5-10 days to process returns.
4. For applications that have already been submitted to the consulate, our service fee is non-refundable.
5. If you subsequently reapply for the service, the full fee of the service will be required at time of application.
