Special Provisions for Children of Chinese Descent:

If a child is born in the U.S. and at least one parent is a U.S. green card holder or citizen, we can assist you with the Chinese visa application.
If neither parent was a green card holder or U.S. citizen at the time of the child’s birth, parents must personally go to the consulate to process a travel document.
